HyperOS - Fuxi (12 GB) - problems when switching apps

Hi guys,
I tried to search for solution, but couldn't find answer. I've been using latest HyperOS stable for Fuxi (12 gb RAM version) and I'm struggling with the following problem: let me give you an example: I'm playing a game (heartstone) and whenever I switch app even for few seconds and then get back, the game loses Internet connection (I'm getting a message, that connection was lost and it's reconnecting which takes time). Hi. I cant seem to see dsta usage per device when going to device managment and clicking on a device. It just shows up and down in kb/s but no data usage. I am wondering if thats a faulty unit or jist because i dont have the older chinese version of ax3000 mesh router.

With the recent updates, my phone is holding better than ever, but i had to order a battery for an older phone i have which had its battery expanded pretty badly, and while im at it i also ordered a brand new original b4pd battery for my xiaomi 13 pro... i plan to replace the battery of that older phone i have, so i'm going to get both of my phone's batteries replaced... that being said; should i replace my battery? would replacing it even make a huge difference? my average runtime is 20hrs...

Hello All,

Here is a tricky situation and I'm sure the most advanced Mi users will struggle with this one! I am counting on your collective intelligence...

I have bought a Chinese Mi 11 Ultra from a Chinese website, and had an EU ROM installed.
When I flashed an update in TWRP there was a little issue with the Phone (Camera not working, some other minor issues) so I tried to flash the EU ROM from fastboot again.

Hello fellow Xiaomiers.

I was wondering if could we collect all the new (unique) features HyperOS 2 has to offer.
I tried to do some research but I found only general answers/articles about this topic.

For example I've never seen this feature mentioned anywhere, and when I discovered it I was like: wow FINALLY!
- you can control the flashlight's brightness if you long-tap the flashlight quick setting

PS.: If there is an onging thread about this idea I would like to read some.

Hi my friends, I just bought a xiaomi 14 European version.
After first run, it ask me to update to version 1.0.14 of hyper os.
After that I see that the Google update are very old.
This is a problem because many app require updated Google patch for safety and protection.
Tried with manual check for firmware but it doesn't find any newest version.

Tried to download official OTA update :
miui-blockota-houji_eea_global-OS1.0.21.0.UNCEUXM-OS1.0.22.0.UNCEUXM-d11ce9a4fd-14.0.zip

Hi, despite following many guides on the net I don't manage to get my Xiaomi rooted. As state in the title, my Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has:

- MIUI Global 12.5.1.0
- Android version 11 RKQ1.200826.002

1) unlocked the bootloader
2) installed TWRP
3) data format over Format -> Data (then not reboot to system)
4) flashed DFE to unencrypt the sdcard data

Hello,

I understand that this topic has been discussed many times, but I've encountered numerous broken links and confusing information. Despite the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro being quite an old model, I need to root this device.

The details of my device are as follows:

Mi 14 Ultra CN version HyperOS 2.0 update

I bought a Mi 14 Ultra CN version. NCUnlock put the Taiwan Global version on it and so far it works OK. Now I want this phone updated to HyperOS 2.0. As far I can find on internet I only can flash this Phone in EDL mode. Does anybody know how to put the Mi 14 Ultra CN version in EDL mode.
Is there anotherway to flash this Phone? The bootloader is locked and for now not yet a way to unlock the Mi 14 Ultra CN version.
Any suggestions are welcome. Even the way to put it back on the original...

I’m not entirely sure I understand the specific issues with the Xiaomi 15 Pro. Could you clarify whether the problems are solely related to notifications and whether they are software-related?

I have the opportunity to purchase one in China, but I’m unsure if unlocking the device would be necessary. In the past, I owned a Xiaomi device that I unlocked and flashed, but I don’t plan to root or unlock my new phones.

Decided to modify FrameworkPatcherGo to disable the droidguard check in framework.jar.

I'm not an android dev, so YMMV. Should be safe, but do your own research and use at your own risk since I'm just a random person on the Internet.

Hi guys,
I'm using a Redmi Note 9 pro (joyeuse) flashed with Xiaomi EU custom ROM and rooted

I bought new earbuds and I noticed I can't have my Bluetooth audio codec as anything but SBC, my new buds should support AAC like most devices

In developers options, I tried switching on HD Audio and switching to AAC or any other codec but it just switches back to SBC on its own, it's so frustrating, switching to AAC in Bluetooth settings doesn't work either

Hello everybody,

I hope I can ask here. I have a Xiaomi Redmi Pad, actually a device meant to supplement my smart phone. I use WhatsApp and browse the net, and the phone's screen is simply to small for my old eyes. Also, I wanted a tablet to use as a "pdf reader", since pdf books look quite poorly on my ebook reader.

But I hate, hate, hate the HyperOS! It is bloaty, optimizing is a pain in the backside (my Huawei phone needs exactly two clicks to optimize. The pad takes 12 to 15 clicks...

Advance Textures settings gone?

I just updated my SAPPHIREN from OS2.0.6.0.VNHMIXM to OS2.0.7.0.VNHMIXM (both stable version) and saw that the advance texture toggle is gone in the "Display & Brightness".

Was the feature removed in this latest update or it's just a bug? Please let me know :)).

Here is a screenshot of the Display & Brightness settings, as you can the option can no longer be found.
