Im gonna buy Redmi Note 5 and i would like to know if it can read HEVC 10 bit (X265 Hi10) with HW or HW + on MxPlayer ?

Dont know if SD 636 can decode it with HW or HW +

Hi,
I have been following https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...-mix-2-from-china-rom-to-xiaomi-eu-rom.42099/ in order to install EU Rom onto my chinese xiaomi mix 2.

I have twrp and have wipe and format the data partition.

i have downloaded xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2_V9.5.6.0.ODECNFA_v9-8.0.zip but I cannot copy it to the phone.

Im in TWRP the phone is detected in my computer but I get error "Cannot copy item. The device has either stopped...

I currently have my mi 8 on xiaomi.eu weekly rom and i've yet to get xposed working. I've tried beta 2(which i saw suggested here) and beta 3. After I flash xposed i get stuck in a bootloop which ends up going back into recovery where i'm forced to remove xposed. Has anyone got it working yet?

In Settings > Sound & vibration > Sounds for messages and notifications
It seems sounds of SMS & notification has been merged in one menu?
I couldn't find the way how to change arrived SMS sound and still keep the sound of notifications as the original.

Device: Redmi 4x
ROM: 8.7.12 - MIUI 10 Weekly

I registered a mi account, bound the mobile phone number to the account, applied for unlocking permission, waited 3 days then unlocked, flashed twrp, and flashed xiaomi.eu rom to replace china rom. I dropped and broke that phone and have now received a replacement device which I have put the same sim/phone number in. How do I unlock this new replacement phone in order to once again replace the china rom with the xiaomi.eu rom? Do I sign in with the mi account I used with the previous...

turning on accessibility for any app (in my case, "button mapper" makes it so there is a two step clicking process to open any app instead of one. it behaves like holding down the button and pulling up the menu. wasn't like this on marshmallow. i think it's supposed to act that way for certain apps, not all apps. i could be wrong though...

After upgrading Xiaomi Mi Box3 to android 8 the wifi keeps on disconnecting. I have tried everything from doing factory reset and uninstalling many apps.

Is there any solution to this? Appreciate any kind of help.

This 3rd Oreo build (since April 28) has been made available to limited MiBox owners in the test program.

It has all the hallmarks of a final version and there is no cautionary reference to beta in the description of any of these Oreo releases.

Release notes only mention spelling and grammar adjustments.

Includes same security updates as of April 2018

Hello.

For last few weeks I had this random problem with my Mi5. It suddenly started lagging like hell. For example it takes few seconds for it to wake up the screen after clicking the button. The animations are stuttering and even is sound (you can actually hear the stutter when someone is calling).

I already wiped everything clean (just saved about 20 apps with Titanium Backup) and reflashed MIUI but the problem persist.

MIUI 10 8.7.12 (but it was the same on MIUI 9)

Could it be a...

I make this thread because many of us who have the Mi tv Box 3s we need a Generic System.img ROM for ALMOGIC FLASH TOOL for unbrick or Downgrade the Mi tv box3s.
I think xiaomi must give us this generic System.img build even without CHROMECAST LICENCE we need it for fix Mi tv box 3s.
Persons who have good access @MarkHUK on Xiaomi Mi tv Box 3s team i think must push to give us a solution for this problem situations.

Hello there.
After the oreo update, my mibox when standing on stanby for some time becomes impossible to turn on. I don't know if it shuts down or if the remote loses his bluetooth empairment.
The only way to turn it on is by disconnecting/connecting the power cable.
