Dual apps restricted after last update

I was using dual apps normally in my redmic c13. After I downloaded the last system update I can't open dual apps, I get an error message *this feature is restricted by device administrator or corporate policy"? How can I solve this problem? Can I undo the last system update that caused this problem?
