Issue Updating through Updater

Hi, so I was on HyperOS 1 Ishtar DEV release before, and I downloaded the HyperOS 2 STABLE release and used the updater to load it. My phone booted on and went to the TeamWin TWRP logo with the up down arrows and the canine anthropomorphic mascot figure. I am kind of panicking because it's been stuck on that screen for about 10 minutes now, just checking if it's normal and part of the update process or I massively screwed up here.
