MIUI 13 suddenly specific Apps have no internet-connection until phone-restart

Hello everyone,

I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro
Androidversion: 12 SKQ1.211019.001
MIUI-Version:
MIUI Global
13.0.2Stabil
13.0.2.0(SJZEUXM)

I wonder, why it was marked as invalid?

My error:
At some point in time, some apps (always the same) stop functioning:
- WhatApps opens, but can't send or receive messages
- MS Outlook, MS Teams, PayPal, Post & DHL...
