Xiaomi 13 Pro aka NUWA - XIAOMI authorization for my account to jump in EDL[9008] for only one specific device based on SN

Where and how to get a XIAOMI authorization for my account, in order to boot my device Xiaomi 13 PRO aka NUWA in to EDL mode[9008],
it’s necessary only for one specific device based on SN and to do the firmware flash[upgrade/downgrade].
The device is linked to my MI cloud for long time.
My account is authorized only to unlock/lock the bootloader.
Now I’m stuck in fastboot[bootloader and without fastbootd] without any recovery option, after locking the bootloader.
