I installed the new HyperOS 2 update, released on December 22, on my Xiaomi 13 Pro (nuwa) smartphone and tried playing PUBG Mobile. Compared to previous updates, the performance is terrible, with significant lags and frequent FPS drops. The temperature remains around 35-38°C, meaning the lags are happening without the device overheating. The FPS drops from 120 to as low as 55-70 during gameplay.
