Poco x3 pro sensor dead

By mistake I flash dto flash in boot img file
.when I reboot device . Device was switched on fast boot mode. Again flash miui 14.0.2.0 with orange fox recovery
Now my gyro , proximity.etc sensor are gone
Any solution ..?
