How to set notifications for app.

Notifications are unreliable on Android 13 with MIUI 14. This is all we can set to work properly.

- hold your finger on the app icon > click on app info
- background autostart > enable
- permissions > show on lock screen
- notification > check settings
- battery saver > No restrictions
