System clock/time getting off-sync with network time and late

In my Mi9t (MIUI Global 12.0.4 ) system clock started (a month or two ago) getting sometimes (1-2 times per week) off-sync with network time - it's getting late a few minutes (max I noticed was even 15 min). It's not just the time freezing on the screen, top bar or something like that. It's the whole system time being late (I checked in clock and time settings). Problem is fixed after reboot, turing on and off plane/offline mode, or going to settings and turning off and back on option to use...
