I just recieved a xiaomi M11 ultra from china.

Version MIUI Global 12.0.2 stable Android vers. RQ1.201112.002 I wish to
replace by miui_STAREEAGlobal_V12.5.3.0.RKAEUXM_12ae5696cc_11._ok0.zip MIUI EU 12.5.3 Hope it has french
This using the lastest MiFlash 20181115.

Am I on the good path?
A I missing something?
Am I facing a risk?

Bootloader unlocked and relocking bouton in grey.
