One phone two mi accounts

As title sais l have two mi accounts and one phone. Problem is that l cannot login in first acc because l forgot password and lost my gmail acc because of hacking so l cannot reset password. Also l changed my number and cannot do it on that way also. Now l have a second but cannot replace the old one. I want to delete my old account and connet mobile to the new one so l can access it and use mi cloud, sync etc.
