Phone signal issues

Guys, i'm facing some signal issues with my Redmi Note 7. Sometimes, I can't make or receive any calls and the signal desappears suddenly. I really don't know what it could be, maybe the GPS or Wi-Fi signal are interfering. Someone could help me, please?

I'm from Brazil and my phone is a Redmi Note 7 Global Version.
