All Internal Storage Deleted By Error

Hi, i dont know what has hapenned, but there aren't any files or folders in the internal storage of the phone, so when some app has to use the internal storage, it fails.
I tried creating new folders manually or something, but it doesn't allow me to do nothing. Also if I try installing a new rom, it appears also with nothing in the internal storage.
Please help me, i am desperated.
