MDZ-16-AB stuck on logo screen

I'm certain there is an answer through all of the threads but I'm unsuccessful finding a solution to it.

Updated 2 weeks ago and it's been stuck on the logo screen ever since. I'm just finding out about it because my daughter thought she broke it.....

I've got in and restored it to factory settings but to no avail still not working.

What steps to correct without researching all the magnificent threads that have gone south quickly without a resolution that is readily available?
