Problema USB Flash

Dear, sorry my english, I acquired a kingston 3.0 32GB pendrive, my xiaomi my box reads it perfectly in formats FAT32 and NTFS, but when trying to format it to use it as internal memory, the system tells me error when formatting the unit.
