Can't mount in TWRP after trying to upgrade to 8.6.21

Hi all.
I have downloaded the latest version of MIUI 8.6.21
Had some issues with TWRP to work
Got this working, but at the same time formatted the device, everything missing

At this time I have huge issue to mount the device to Windows 10

I would like to get some help so that I can transfer the file again to my Mi Mix
And after that install 8.6.21
