Mi Box Stutters

Hello Friends,

Recently my mi Box 3 has started to have some stutter every few minutes, no matter what i am playing.

videos from you tube, videos from internal storage...no matter what is the quality of the video.

i did factory reset but it didn't help.

what else can i do?
