Rom Update Fail

Hello, i have a problem to update the xiaomi.eu rom, since my current version 8.1.9.0 stable, updated without problems in the past.
When i try to update with system updater, i get:
Zip file is corrupt
error installing zip file '@/cache/recovery/block.map

when i try from TWRP 3.1.1-0 i get:

Zip file is corrupt
error installing zip file '@sdcard/Download/XiaomiRomName.zip

I have downloaded several time the rom (checked md5 too), wiped cache, dalvik and Data (factory reset) and...
