Just for understand (Miuiandroid)

Hi all,

I read so much topic on the web for find differences between miuiandroid and en.miui.com.
I know miuiandroid is a multilanguage ROMs but I just want know what is difference between original ROM and modified ROM (apps...)?
And miuiandroid.com = xiaomi.eu? It's an official partner with en.miui.com?
