MI2S microphone issue

I bought a cracked Mi2S, at least the seller said only the screen was cracked. So I replaced the screen and everything looked fine. The phone starts up, the screen works perfectly, the systems works but there's no input sound. I tried calling, but no one hears me, I tried sound recording but no sound is recorded.

The speaker at the back is fine. Obviously it could be a mic issue, but could it be something else i.e. SW or radio bands?

It came with 4.1.24 Multi Lang and I think it worked then...
