ChatOn not working properly

Hi,

I installed ChatOn and Samsung Push Service, but I send msg with ChatOn and it normally take 15~30 minutes to send them. Ah, I'm able to receive msgs instantly, I tested with my GF. She send a msg to me and I receive in the same time, but when I send msgs it take 15~30min to her to receive.

I switched back to Samsung ROM and ChatOn works fine, back to MIUI take 15~30min. I love MIUI and I don't want to go back to Samsung ROMs.
