I found a custom rom for hongmi wcdma and tried it. I was really bad but interestingly 3g video calling was possible I tried it and succeed. Some users were waiting for it. I think it can be a source for developers to make better ones. You can try it but all risks are yours be carefull. I made a nandroid backup before install it. I warn you rom is really bad themed but its good to see that videocalling without internet is possible.
